Oven Chips


 



  • Peel 1 medium potato per person.


  • Cut into 1/2″ thick chips


  • Toss in oil and a pinch of salt


  • Lay well spaced on non stick parchment


  • Bake (roast?) for 30 minutes @ 200 Degrees C  (400F/Gas 6)
